An encounter with a rival rival executive in the assault weapons of Mel’s Drive-In, with illegally disfigured serial numbers and sexual performance at Trump International Hotel & Tower in Central Park West were some of the issues that the Jury in Sean Com La combs listened to Tuesday, while prosecutors tried to build their status and case of sex trafficking against the rap magnate.

In almost six hours of testimony on the 11th day of the trial, federal prosecutors called the former personal assistant of Stand Comink, a federal agent, the mother of the Government’s star witness and a sex worker nicknamed “The Punisher”.

They argued that the high range testimony helps to try the lengths at which Comps was willing to benefit and protect what they alleged is a criminal company.

Comps declared himself innocent, and his lawyers argued that their private behavior in the bedroom has no amount of sex trafficking. His lawyers have argued that any violence alleged by witnesses was driven by love, jealousy and drug use, not a desire to force anyone to sex.

Prosecutors plan to continue their case on Wednesday by calling Dawn Hughes, a psychologist specialized in sexual trauma, George Kaplan, former combs assistant and Scott Mescudi, the rapper known as Kid Cudi and who briefly came out with the former combs girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

The former combs assistant testifies to suge knight eatingr

The Single Personal Assistant of ComBs, David James, told the jury about the wide range of tasks that he completed for the rap tycoon: from the hotel stockings and supposedly buy drugs to being the driver when ComBs, allegedly armed with multiple weapons, wanted to face the rival executive of the rival executive Marion “suge”.

The jury members listened for the first time about the alleged interaction between combs and Knight during the testimony of the former combs girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Supposedly it happened in approximately 2008 or 2009 and it was a moment that threatened to dredge the violent history among the 1990 Rap music and long -standing rivalries between the east and west coast.

Ventura testified that, after a so-called “Freak Off”, a security guard called D-Roc informed him that Knight, former Death Row Records CEO and a combing rival, was seen in Mel’s. Despite his supplications of stopping, Ventura said Comed packed his weapons and went to the restaurant to face Knight.

“I was crying. I was shouting, as, please, you don’t do anything stupid,” Ventura testified last week.

James told the jury on the other side of the story, describing D-Rroc confront Knight when they were in Mel’s to collect hamburgers with comb cheese.

“We stopped in the parking lot and D-Roc looks and says: ‘That is Motherf —— suge knight,” said James, describing how he drove back to the house of ComBs to find combs and Ventura arguing. “Cassie seemed very distressed. She was telling him not to be,” James testified.

James testified that combs, supposedly with three weapons in his lap, ordered him to return to the restaurant. It was that moment, he said, which finally led him to stop working for combs.

“It really surprised me. I realized for the first time as assistant to Mr. Combs that my life was in danger,” James testified.

The prosecutors have accused that combs and their alleged associates used “violence, use of firearms, threats of violence, coercion” to protect and promote the “power of the Company of Peines”.

James also testified about the purchase and supply of drugs for combs and store the hotel rooms of Los Moguls with baby oil, astroglyide lubricant, condoms and prophylactic. He told the jury that he once accidentally entered a monster, with Ventura and a male sex worker.

When the defense lawyers asked him, James testified that he once had sex with a prostitute and that he refused to pay his services, and that he got into a physical altercation with another of the combs employees. James said he spoke with prosecutors by virtue of an agreement, which means that he had immunity when he was prosecuted for anything he said on the stand.

“Have you given some kind of immunity?” The defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo asked.

“I would have to ask my lawyer’s question,” he said. “My lawyer said I have no legal visibility.”

Cassie Ventura’s mother testifies about combs blackmailing her daughter

Regina Ventura, the mother of Cassie Ventura’s star witness, took the stand on Tuesday to testify about taking a domestic capital loan to pay the combs to prevent him from following him with an alleged threat of releasing a sexual tape from her daughter.

“The threats that have been made towards me for Sean ‘Puffy’ Combs are that … he will launch 2 explicit sex tapes of me,” Ventura wrote in an email to his mother and the combs assistant Capricorn Clark on December 23, 2011. The jurors saw the email when Cassie Ventura testified last week.

“I was physically ill. I didn’t understand much. Sex tapes threw me,” Regina Ventura said about the threat.

Regina Ventura testified that she and her husband decided to get a loan so that they could send the $ 20,000 that she demanded, although she finally returned the money.

“We decided that this is the only way we could get the money,” he said. “I was afraid of my daughter’s safety.”

Regina Ventura also told the jury that she decided to photograph the wounds that her daughter supposedly suffered from combs to have a record of the alleged abuse.

Approximately 15 years after documenting the injuries, prosecutors last week showed the photos to the jury to underline Cassie Ventura’s testimony about the violence he suffered in the hands of combs.

‘The Punisher’ testifies to a dozen alleged monsters

Known professionally as El Punisher, the male escort Sharay Hayes told the jury that he met Com La Cassie Ventura in 2012, when he was hired to help create a “sexy erotic scene” so, Ventura said, it was Com LaS’s birthday. He testified that he obtained his nickname when he was a teenager based on the way he played basketball.

He testified that Ventura, who used Janet’s name by reserving sex workers, told him to come to Trump International Hotel & Tower in Central Park West in Manhattan to perform an act of striptease. When he arrived, Ventura asked him to cover his baby oil while the combs watched, said Hayes.

“They told me specifically not to recognize her husband. Try not to look at him. There is no communication between him and me,” Hayes testified. “The room was tenuously illuminated, perhaps electronic candles. All the furniture were covered with sheets and there was an area more or less to sit down and for her to sit in front of me. There were water bowls and bottles of baby oil.”

Hayes told the jury that ComBs was naked for the meeting and had a veil, occasionally masturbating during the interaction and offering “subtle addresses” to Ventura.

After their first interaction, Hayes said he worked for the couple another eight to 12 times, receiving $ 1,200 to $ 2,000 on each occasion.

During his latest meeting, Hayes testified that Comps ordered him to have sex with Ventura, but declined because he could not act sexually under “much pressure.”

Interammed by combs’ lawyers, Hayes testified that he believed that Ventura was comfortable during the exchanges, potentially undermining the argument she was forced to participate.

“I did not get any sign, there was any discomfort there,” said Hayes when asked if Ventura seemed uncomfortable with the meetings.

The question of whether Ventura was voluntarily forced or participated is one of the most critical issues in the prosecution of the cultural icon combs at the time.

The jurors see evidence of weapons with disfigured serial numbers

For the final witness of the day, the jury members listened to a federal agent who testified about the recovery of multiple assault weapons of the Miami Beach of combs when it was raided in March 2024. The agent, Gerard Gannon, said that the serial number of weapons had been disfigured, a violation of the federal laws of firearms.

Singing parts of the weapons in the Court so that the jury sees it, Gannon testified that the investigators recovered a 30 round magazine containing 19 rounds and a complete magazine of 10 rounds in the house of combs, with the ammunition on the same shelf as the heels of the 7 -inch platform and the lingerie.

Prosecutors have alleged combs and their associates trusted “violence, the use of firearms, [and] Threats of violence “to operate your criminal company.
