PBS has filed a lawsuit against the administration of President Donald Trump that defies his executive order aimed at the public transmission.

The demand for PBS, presented at the United States District Court in Washington, accuses the administration of illegally interfering with the operations of the Corporation for public transmission and committing multiple violations of the first amendment: discrimination of the point of view, illegal reprisals against the network and the invasion of PBS press freedoms.
