Kim Jong a says that 'serious accident' with the new North Korean war ship was 'criminal act'

London – North Korean leader Kim Jong said that a “serious accident” that affects the launch of the newest war wars on Wednesday “was a criminal act caused by pure carelessness,” the country’s state media reported.

The State Korea Central News Agency reported that the launch failed after the boat stuck in its sled and inclined launch, causing damage to the lower part of the ship. The incident occurred at the Cheongjin shipyard in the northeast of the country.

Kim, who was present for the launch of the 5,000 -ton destroyer, “made a severe evaluation that this was a serious accident that could not have happened, could not be tolerated and was a criminal act caused by pure carelessness, irresponsibility and non -scientific empiricism,” Kcna said.

Kim “several government agencies and institutions severely warned, said KCNA, including the Department of the ammunition Industry, the Institute of Dynamics of the State Academy of Sciences, the University of Technology of Kim Chaek and the Central Institute of Bars Design.

Kim said those responsible would be “treated” at a meeting of the central committee of the party next month, Kcna said.

The ship thrown on Wednesday is the second of the new destroyers of North Korea. The first, the Choe Hyon, was presented in April.

During a ceremony to launch the Choe Hyon in the port of Nampo on the western coast of the country, Kim said that the construction of the ship represented “an advance” in the naval modernization of North Korea.

Kim also said that “it intends to build an operating blue water fleet”, which means a force capable of operating in the open ocean instead of only in the coastal waters around the Korean Peninsula.
